DESCRIPTION

The workshop shall deal with specific issues related to MU that are still on debate and that in some case pose controversial positions. Specific issue covered will be:

• Legal impact of MU on compliance of foods
• Different approaches in calculating MU in mycotoxin analysis
• Interpretation of results
• Future needs: Harmonisation of approach for MU evaluation.
