You will be asked to provide precise invoicing data.

The invoice data you will provide during the registration process are the data that will be effectively used for the invoice. If your registration fee will be covered by your University/Company/Institution, you must provide the Secretariat with the correct details (please do not forget the VAT number).

Participants are kindly requested to fill in all the fields of the online registration form, selecting all the services they are interest to buy. Please note that you will not be able to access again your registration form after completing the process.

 

Invoice process

Invoices will be sent after the Secretariat receives and registers the due payment.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for registration fees:

  • Full refund of the fee for cancellations received before June 1st 2016 (Midnight CEST)
  • 70% refund of the fee for cancellations received between June 1st and August 31st 2016 (Midnight CEST)
  • No refund for cancellations received after August 31st  2016

The refund process will be as follows:
Refunds will be made by the Organising Secretariat starting from 2 months after the beginning of the Conference.
