DESCRIPTION
Food borne microbiological contamination poses a huge health risk to human in a larger level. Developing analytical techniques to screen their presence is essential. As these organisms after invading the food materials produce toxic metabolites like mycotoxin, and identifying these toxic metabolites in the contaminated food helps us in the food risk assessment.
